And Just Like That......

The honeymoon has come to an end. The dress is cleaned and boxed away for decades to come. The flowers have dried out and will be preserved. The plethora of decor that had taken over our house is ready to be stowed away (uhhh, anyone want to help me out on this one?). And while there is a certain sense of sadness that our wedding day has come and gone, that feeling is completely overshadowed by the incredible memories that we have from that weekend. I'm planning on doing a couple of posts when we have our photos because I'm afraid I'd miss something that was worth mentioning! I guess the one word I would use to describe our wedding weekend right now, though, is full. We surrounded by and full of: love, encouragement, thoughtful gestures and words, memories, and excitement.

To say that our wedding guests brought the house down would be the understatement of the century. You only have to glance at the dance floor and photobooth pictures if you don't believe me! Was it one of the best days of our lives because we sealed our "I Do"s and made a brass-bound commitment to stand by one another that will last a lifetime? Of course. However, let's be honest....without everyone else there to celebrate with us, it wouldn't have been half as fun!

I'm going to be posting about our vendors (all of whom were
awesome), in addition to sharing some highlights from The Golden State! I'm excited to embrace all of the adventures that marriage will surely take us on.
