Wrap it Up Friday + EC Giveaway Winner!

First off, I'm so happy to share that Christina is the winner of the Erin Condren giveaway! Christina and I were both in the Curry school (education school at UVA), although she was a year behind me. Since I was making up Curry classes from my time away in Scotland, I got to make a new group of friends in those classes and Christina was one of them.  I didn't even know that she was an Erin Condren fan until she posted a photo on Instagram of her new EC planner last week! CP and I are en route to Raleigh, NC to see Becca and Alec get hitched this weekend. We're looking forward to seeing all of the Pikes and exploring Raleigh/Durham. If the Pikes bring their A-game like they did at our wedding, there will be sweat dripping on the dance floor! It's also the first time that I'm trying Rent the Runway, a high end apparel rental company. I've heard awesome things about it, and rather than spend a lot of money on a dress that I'll hesitate to wear around the same crowd again, I'm renting one for the weekend for a small fraction of the price. I'll let you know how it goes.

Does anyone else feel like life needs to pause for a couple of days? I wish I could have 48 hours for everything around me to be at a standstill so that I could tackle the piles of grading on my desk, the mounds of laundry on the floor, and the plethora of things waiting to be crossed off on my to-do list. Such is life, though, right?
