Remember this post? Well, that happened last night in a big way. After an exhausting 15 hours of trying to stay on my A-game, I was done. As "anonymous" pointed out in the comments of my last post, I misspelled Banksy's name. When I read that comment, my immediate and routinely destructive reaction was, "well, THAT was stupid, Maria...". And then I started thinking about what I was doing while I was publishing the post - I was rushing out the door after a long school day followed by parent conferences to go spend time with Tara at the Life with Cancer annual Halloween party before she starts yet another round of chemo tomorrow. So, anonymous, if you can't handle my spelling and grammatical errors from time to time, feel free to stop reading. Or, know that as much as I'd like to, I can't dedicate hours (or even more than a couple minutes) to proofreading everything that I write on here.
Please send a prayer or positive though to Tara and all our little ones braving the battle with cancer right now. While it breaks my heart to see those young, bright souls facing such an uphill battle, I'm constantly in awe of just how resilient and positive they are. We lost an angel this week. The world loves you, Gabriella, and we'll continue to take action for you, little miss.
